What does The Growth Exchange do? The Growth Exchange is a Business Consulting Agency. I help entrepreneurs start and grow businesses, help existing businesses strengthen strategy, operations and systems, and help professionals prepare for their next career move through Career Path services.
Can you help me start a business if I only have an idea? Yes. If you have an idea but have not launched yet, start with the Startup Launch Assessment. It helps me understand what you are building, who it is for, where you are in the startup process and what support you need.
What is the difference between the Startup Launch Assessment and Business Growth Assessment? The Startup Launch Assessment is for an idea, pre-launch business or new startup. The Business Growth Assessment is for someone already operating a business who needs help with strategy, growth, operations, systems or other consulting support.
Do you work with established businesses, companies and organizations? Yes. I work with established businesses, companies and organizations that need support with operations, systems, processes, documentation, team workflows or growth. Companies and organizations can use the existing Schedule Me link to book a consultation.
What is included in Business Consulting? Support can include business audits, business strategy, startup and launch support, growth planning, operations and systems, workflows, SOPs, client intake, forms and templates, administrative systems, and company or organizational consulting. Specific packages and pricing are listed on the Consulting Services page.
Do you offer job placement? No. I do not place candidates with employers or guarantee employment. Career Path focuses on career readiness through career direction and industry exploration, resume support, interview preparation, job-search strategy, professional development and remote-work readiness.
What happens after I take an assessment? I review the assessment to understand where you are, what you are trying to accomplish and what support may fit best. From there, the next step is a consultation or the appropriate Career Path scheduling step.
Do you work virtually or with clients outside the local area? Yes. My services can be provided virtually, so location does not have to limit who I work with.
Where can I see pricing? Current consulting packages and pricing are listed on the Consulting Services page. Larger or custom company and organizational projects can remain Custom Quote.
How do organizations or companies schedule a consultation? Organizations and companies can use the same Schedule Me link that is already on the website.
